At Parbhuji Ayurveda, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at email@example.com with the subject "Returns and Replacement". Our customer delight team will get back to you promptly.
If you received the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9255575882 within 2 days of delivery, and our team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you received a damaged item, please send us an email with your order ID and a picture of the damaged product within 2 days of delivery at email@example.com or call us at 9255575882. Our customer delight team will assist you and resolve the issue promptly.
If you simply did not like an item, you can contact us within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 9255575882. Our customer delight team will assist you and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 3 hours of placing the order. Please note that after this time, you will be charged a shipping fee.
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.1299, and this offer may change from time to time. We do not offer free cash on delivery.
Please note that the shipping rates displayed at checkout are final.
The following conditions must be met for a product to be returned or refunded:
Wrong product delivered
Expired product delivered
Damaged product delivered (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging)
Incomplete order (missing products)
The following conditions will not be processed for returns or refunds:
Opened, used, or altered products
Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
Return/replacement requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Reporting of damaged/missing products more than 2 days after delivery
Orders placed during an offer period across all products on the website cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded
Please note that in exceptional circumstances, the brand reserves the right to void the shipment and process a refund if necessary.
