Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may extend slightly during peak seasons or due to public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped via standard shipping and typically arrive within 5-7 business days within India. For international shipping, the delivery time can vary from 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your products sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery via expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within India.
3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (Within India): Shipping is free for orders above ₹1,000. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 (depending on location) is applied.

International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which the customer is responsible for.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping partner’s website.
5. International Shipping Policy

Parbhu Ji Ayurveda ships worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processes.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@parbhujayurveda.com. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where necessary.
8. Changes to Shipping Details

If you need to change the shipping address or any other order details, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
9. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at support@parbhujayurveda.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
